PENDLETON — Weston-McEwen’s Wyatt Parsons came out of the blocks on fire Wednesday, winning the 100 meters, placing third in the 200, and running a leg on the winning 4×100 relay team at the Pendleton Icebreaker. Parsons turned in a time of 10.97 seconds to top the field in the 100. He was the lone runner under 11 seconds.
