In the context of an umpteenth scandal that broke out last week in Ukraine, Rouslan Kravchenko claims, on Monday 14 September, that he left the country. Faced with suspicions, he also decided to launch the counter-attack by targeting the two Ukrainian agencies in charge of the fight against corruption.
