Victim reports significant money loss through Bitcoin scam

ESTEVAN — The Estevan Police Service is investigating a scam involving Bitcoin. According to the Feb. 2 police report, the EPS received a call from a victim who was contacted by someone that sounded like their employer. The scammer directed the victim to deposit funds into a Bitcoin machine.
