A 37-year-old man was arrested in Lebanon County earlier this month after he broke into a woman’s home and stole a vehicle before being arrested later that day, according to charging documents.Around 5:10 p.m. March 7, Lebanon police were dispatched to the 700 block of Locust Street after a woman came home to find a man — later identified as Matthew R. Butler, of Palmyra — on her couch.
