Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, closed on the acquisition of a 131,998-square-foot, three-building industrial portfolio located throughout the Chicago MSA. The portfolio was 100% occupied at closing. It consists of single and multi-tenant industrial properties ranging from 38,413 to 52,821 square feet. The portfolio is leased to five tenants with unit sizes ranging from 18,470 to 52,821 square feet. 160 Windsor Drive in East Dundee, Illinois is a 40,764 square foot multi-tenant industrial building which was constructed in 2001. The 24’ clear, precast building is equipped with 2 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, and 5,902 SF of office. 170 Prairie Lake Road in East Dundee, Illinois is a 38,413 square foot multi-tenant industrial building which was constructed in 2001. The 24’ clear, precast building is equipped with 3 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, and 2,229 SF of office. 9645 Willow Lane in Mokena, Illinois is a 52,821 square foot single tenant industrial building which was constructed in 1979 and renovated in 2018. The 20’ clear, precast building is equipped with 4 exterior docks, 2 drive-in doors, 0.75 acre fenced outdoor storage area, and 8,021 SF of office.
