Delcy Rodríguez said he asked "specific plans" to face the rise in temperatures due to the "Superniño" phenomenon. He also called on Venezuelans to save electricity and water.
To the recovery of part of the generation affected by the earthquakes joins a plan to add 4,800 MW additional before closing 2026. Rodríguez called for the saving of water and energy, among other measures to face the super-El Niño in Venezuela.
