Ontario Provincial Police charged a 31-year-old with stunt driving on Highway 11 in Trout Creek on Monday.

A member of the North Bay OPP was conducting traffic enforcement on Highway 11 in the Powassan area when they observed a northbound vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed Monday around 4:15 p.m.
