On 19 March 1991, Bouziane Ben Abdeslam's body, known as ‘‘Ben', was discovered in a field in Sarrians. This 33-year-old man was beaten and stabbed to death. His relatives have been fighting for decades for the truth to come to light. Leila, the victim's eldest daughter, is testifying for Vaucluse morning.
The research brigade of the Carpentras gendarmerie today launched a call for witnesses to reinvigorate the investigation into the murder of Bouziane Ben Abdeslam. The man was killed in March 1991 in Sarrians, but the case was never clarified.
