Woman turns herself in after indictment for Gresham crash that killed construction worker, police say
The woman accused of hitting and killing a traffic flagger near a construction site in Gresham has turned herself in, police said. Courtney McKee, 26, of Vancouver, allegedly struck Miguel Hernandez near the intersection of Northeast Division Street and Hogan Drive while driving on Aug. 31, the Gresham Police Department said in a statement.
