Casper Van Uden of Team Picnic Postnl won the 180.7-kilometer Patara-Kemer stage of the 61st Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey in 4 hours, 6 minutes, and 9 seconds. Following the signing of the documents, 155 cyclists started the stage.
