The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) announced the launch of a new version of the form used by immigrants to obtain permanent residency. The new version of Form I-485 will be released on September 18 and will contain the new requirements related to public cargo, announced recently. The new edition will replace the form released on January 20, 2025.
