USCB Softball Sweeps Savannah State in Non-Conference Doubleheader
HARDEEVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA – The University of South Carolina Beaufort softball team faced Savannah State in a non-conference doubleheader and completed the sweep over the Tigers. The Sand Sharks used an eight-run second inning in game one to take control and closed out a 13-4 win. In game two, USCB scored in the first three innings before holding on for a 9-8 victory. Following the two wins, the Sand Sharks improved to 17-11 on the season.
