The Trump Administration said that helping Mexico in the fight against crime is conditional on collaboration in arrests and extraditions.
The White House announced Monday its 2026 National Anti-Drug Strategy, in which it demands better results from Mexico in three areas: the seizure of precursors, the reduction of production and in the fight against cartels, and conditions US aid in this effort to " tangible results", including more arrests and extraditions of drug traffickers.
