US drops tariffs on EU cars to 15%

The measures concerning cars will apply retroactively from 1 August. Negotiations on aluminium and steel, which remain heavily taxed at 50%, are only just beginning.

The trade agreement between the United States and the European Union is sealed. The US is cutting tariffs on cars (including electric cars) from the EU from
