Update: Severe thunderstorm warning for Central Pa. likely to expire at 9 p.m.
The warning was in place for Dauphin, Juniata, Northumberland, Perry and Snyder counties."The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 10 p.m. for south central and central Pennsylvania," says the National Weather Service.
