SANDY, Utah, Aug. 10, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Northbound Interstate 15 has been reopened after it was obstructed at about 90th South in Sandy by a dump truck that became disabled, and began leaking cement and fuel. The incident was first reported by the Utah Department of Transportation at 11:43 a.m. Monday. Northbound traffic was initially backed up up for miles during the cleanup.
