CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) has identified a man who reported missing last week. They say 61-year-old Rickey Miller was found deceased on February 2 in the 7700 block of Brainerd Road. CPD says preliminary investigation did not reveal any obvious signs of trauma to suggest the death was caused by another.
