UPDATE: Chattanooga Police have confirmed a 60 year old woman is dead following Tuesday afternoon’s crash on Amincola Highway. Police say that a 60 year old woman was driving a Chevrolet Captiva erratically in the northbound lane when she sideswiped a tractor trailer, and then crashed head on into a passenger van. She was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver and passenger of the van are being treated for injuries. Aminco…
