A bartender has been accused of shaving an 18-year-old woman’s head over an unpaid bill worth more than $1,800.The Bangkok Post and Thai Examiner report the teen filed a police complaint Friday alleging a bar manager shaved her hair off in Bangkok, Thailand. The incident involved a bar tab of 60,000 Thai Baht (or $1,812.25) for more than 200 drinks bought with a fake ID, according to Bang Yi Khan Police.
