Fresh Israeli airstrikes in southern Lebanon over the weekend triggered a new wave of displacement despite ceasefire arrangements, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) stated on Tuesday.
Israeli warplanes heavily bombed various areas in southern Lebanon despite the ceasefire. There is no information yet on casualties. The attacks have been ongoing since March 2nd and have resulted in numerous fatalities.
