UN experts urge Sudan-wide arms embargo
A weapons embargo must be extended to the whole of Sudan, and it must be enforced. That is, in essence, the conclusion of a UN experts' report presented to the Human Rights Council. The report also points to the responsibility of foreign entities in a conflict that has now been raging for more than three years. Our correspondent Bastien Renouil tells us more.
