- The company will prioritize battlefield robotics, AI-enabled missiles, and jet-powered interceptor drones, building on Ukraine's reliance on AI-supported unmanned technology that completed more than 50,000 missions.
- Beyond the startup, Fedorov accepted an invitation on Aug. 28 to serve as adviser to Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, while planning a separate defense investment fund and think-tank.
- Karp, who has collaborated with Fedorov for five years, said, "You and your colleagues are launching a company that I think will be defining for the world," as Fedorov seeks international capital.
