In the draft updated Civil Code, it is proposed that the "right to information silence" be enshrined – an employee's ability not to respond to work communications outside working hours, in particular after working hours and on weekends.
In the new draft of the Civil Code of Ukraine, they propose to consolidate the right to information peace. It will provide that on weekends and non-working hours a person can not be bothered with work issues.
Developers of the draft of the new Civil Code have provided for the possibility of not answering work calls and messages during non-working hours
