Ukraine to Decide Who Represents Europe in Russia Talks, Zelenskyy Says
Zelensky said Europe must help shape any talks as Ukraine pushes to revive diplomacy after U.S.-backed negotiations stalled.
On Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine will decide who represents Europe in any future negotiations with Russia, though Europe will propose several dialogue options.

During the summit in Evian-les-Bains, Zelensky met with President Donald Trump, who planned to ask defense companies to license Patriot missile production in Europe and Ukraine.
The White House team responded positively to licensing requests for the first time, Zelensky said, marking a potential shift in policy regarding US-designed Patriot manufacturing.
Fabian Hoffmann of the Norwegian Defence University College noted that production bottlenecks for components like Boeing radar homing devices persist, while European leaders remain divided on handling Russia.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said that it was Ukraine that would determine the candidacy of a negotiator from Europe in dialogue with Russia on ending the war.
