Moscow and the surrounding Moscow region faced a massive Ukrainian drone attack on Tuesday night. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said a total of 650 Ukrainian drones struck the region. The number has not yet been confirmed.
Between 8:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Russian air defenses destroyed 650 Ukrainian drones heading towards the Moscow region, 105 of them near the capital, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on the Max channel on Tuesday morning.
Moscow was targeted on the night of Monday to Tuesday by a rare-scale attack mobilising 650 drones, killing at least one in the periphery of the Russian capital, the Russian authorities said.
