Government agencies and defense companies from allied countries will also be able to access the validation procedures established by the Ministry of Defence.The Ukrainian Prime Minister, Yulia Svyrydenko, said the initiative will allow "the whole civilized world" to have access to information about Russian military technologies, including missiles and other complex systems, facilitating the development of new defensive capabilities.
The tool, developed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, summarizes the knowledge that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have gained regarding the weapons used by Russia on Ukrainian territory since the start of the full-scale war in February 2022.
