When SpaceX, Elon Musk's company, activated a new restriction on his Internet service via satellite Starlink - through practical access to the Russian forces on the network - a window of opportunity opened almost immediately for Ukrainian troops who have gone through the offensive, WSJ reports.
Without Starlink, the management of the Russian Armed Forces was destabilized. Without satellite communication, the enemy managed to restore coordination in the army by 60 percent.
