ParentShield, a Mobile Network, launched AI-powered call risk scoring for children's phones, enabling automated safeguarding through instant, secure analysis without manual monitoring.
The system marks a shift from traditional keyword matching, using AI to analyze conversation content, tone, and interaction patterns to identify potential risks.
This technology generates summaries and assigns traffic light risk scores—low, medium, or high—immediately after each conversation ends, balancing safeguarding insight with appropriate privacy.
Available within the ParentShield Portal, the feature is rolling out free to all customers, supporting families and care organizations responsible for safeguarding young people.
