U.K. men extradited, to appear in Owen Sound court accused in restaurant owner’s killing

After being escorted from the U.K. on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, three men — Robert Evans Jr., Robert Busby Evans and Barry Evans — appeared briefly in an Owen Sound courthouse on Friday.
Following the Aug. 17, 2023 assault outside The Curry House, police allege suspects fled to Scotland, leading to arrests in Edinburgh and Dalkeith in 2024, with extradition to Ontario.
