For months, a 16-year-old inmate is said to have severely abused his younger cellmate. A more than questionable decision by the authorities: After the boy had filed a complaint, he was transferred to the Vienna-Münnichplatz Judiciary – and with him to the same cell: his tormentor. It is now two years in prison for him!
The Vienna State Court imposed two years of unconditional detention. Due to the withdrawal of an open prison sentence, the young person has to serve a total of two and a half years.
A 16-year-old was sentenced to two years' imprisonment without parole on Tuesday at the Vienna Regional Court for assaulting and ultimately sexually abusing a physically much weaker, then 15-year-old, fellow inmate last autumn. The youth, who already had four prior convictions, was found guilty of rape, assault, aggravated coercion, and making threats. The verdict is final.
The convicted 16-year-old has been convicted of rape, assault and serious coercion four times.
VIENNA. Because he had abused a co-inmate, who was 15 years old at the time, and sexually abused him in the end last fall, a 16-year-old was sentenced to a two-year prison sentence at the Vienna State Court on Tuesday.
