CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Two people and a dog were displaced following a house fire caused by a faulty circuit in Chesterfield on Tuesday morning. At 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, Chesterfield County Fire and EMS responded to a house fire call in the 1200 block of Salisbury Drive.
