Two passengers arrested at Larnaca Airport over undeclared cigarettes

Customs officers at Larnaca Airport found undeclared tobacco products in the luggage of two passengers preparing to fly to Manchester, authorities said Wednesday. The Customs Department said officers discovered 226 cartons of non‑duty‑paid cigarettes during a baggage check. The two suspects were brought before the Larnaca District Court on Wednesday and were ordered held for four days, officials said.
