Two Miners Killed After Pit Collapse at Mzimba Gold Site
Two men have died after the walls of a mining pit collapsed on them at the Dewe Gold Mining Site in Mzimba. Deputy spokesperson for Jenda Police, Godknows Malema, said the incident occurred in the late afternoon. The deceased have been identified as Samson Kachikho (28) and Mazunzo Lingiton (38), who had gone to the site to mine gold.
