The accident occurred between two private vehicles on Highway 383, south of the settlement of Zechariah. MDA teams arrived at the scene and pronounced both men dead at the scene. They also provided medical treatment to a 40-year-old woman and evacuated her to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
