Two Busan Customs officials were sentenced to a fine and a suspended prison sentence, respectively, by the Busan District Court for an assault case that occurred at a karaoke bar. The two were indicted on charges of assault and insult, and the court ruled that self-defense was not recognized and that it was a mutual assault in which both parties had the intent to attack each other.
