On September 9th, the Itoman Police Station arrested two boys, a 15-year-old painter and a 15-year-old junior high school student, both residents of southern Okinawa Island, on suspicion of attempted extortion and other charges, for allegedly trying to extort money from a man in his 20s. Their pleas have not been disclosed.
