A twelve-year-old boy from the Netherlands crashed on Tuesday morning during a mountain tour with his 46-year-old father in Längenfeld in the Tiroler Ötztal (district Imst) 20 to 30 meters above steep, rocky terrain and remained unconscious. The father then descended to his injured son and alarmed the rescue forces. The twelve-year-old was rescued by the crew of an emergency helicopter and flown to the Innsbruck hospital.
