Slovak Environment Minister Tomáš Taraba will take Czech Government Envoy for the Green Deal Filip Turk to a meeting of EU ministers in Cyprus in a government special car, although Turk is not a member of the government and his person has long been controversial.
Government Commissioner for Climate Change and Honorary Chairman of Motorists Filip Turek will not attend the informal Council of EU Environment Ministers in Cyprus to attend the Chamber of Deputies. This was stated in a press release today by the Ministry of the Environment (MOE). It also thanked Slovakia for the offer of a joint flight, which had to be cancelled due to the negotiations of the Slovak National Council.

The Czech politician thought that as a plenipotentiary of the Babiš government, he would get to the informal negotiations of the environment ministers thanks to Slovak Minister Tomáš Tarab. However, he sent word that he was not flying anywhere.
