The Temple women's basketball team watched as Tulane fought back from deficits the entire game. In the end, it was the Owls who fought back, taking a 67-65 victory in overtime Saturday at Devlin Fieldhouse.

Temple went more than five-and-a-half minutes without a field goal against South Florida Saturday night, when guard Derrian Ford pulled up for a jumper to end the drought with six seconds remaining. Green Wave Drops Overtime Heartbreaker

After fighting back from an early deficit, the Tulane women's basketball team used a clutch three by Kanija Daniel to force overtime Saturday night against Temple in Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse. However, the Owls edged out the Green Wave in the extra period as Tulane fell 67-65. The Wave moves to 8-12 (3-5 American) as the Owls improve to 10-11 (4-5 American).
