The High Court of Xustiza de Galicia (TSXG) has ratified the 15-year prison sentence imposed by the fifth section of the Provincial High Court of Pontevedra on a man for continuing to sexually assault his partner's son from the age of 9 to the age of 17 at the home in which they lived. In addition, during the trial a younger brother also revealed abuses.
