The new group is backed by MAGA Inc. and has become one of the six biggest campaign spenders, according to AdImpact.
- On Tuesday and Wednesday, President Trump's political operation launched Going Back PAC Inc., which began reserving at least $49 million in advertisements to aid Republicans in key battleground races.
- Incorporated on Sept 1, the new group is financially backed by MAGA Inc., representing the largest midterm expenditure yet from President Trump's $400 million war chest.
- Data from media tracking firm AdImpact shows the group reserved $9.6 million in New Hampshire on Tuesday, followed by nearly $15 million in Michigan and $11 million in Ohio on Wednesday.
- These reservations currently target six Senate races and one House battleground. Due to incorporation timing, the organization will not disclose its funders until mid-October.
- This aggressive spending arrives on the eve of President Trump's unusual two-day convention in Dallas. Meanwhile, Elon Musk's PAC also began spending in more races this week.
