The 28-point “peace plan” prepared by the US for Europe was completely unexpected. The publication notes that the document, among other things, proposed to ban Ukraine from NATO membership and limit the size of the Ukrainian army. The plan was later changed after a desperate reaction from European allies and Ukraine. However, the new peace initiative, led by Donald Trump, is being viewed with caution.
