Trumbull Co. admin building undergoing inspection after sewer issue

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Sewer lines inside the Trumbull County Administration building are being inspected after a sewer issue forced the building's closure last week. The building was closed Friday after an inspection revealed a roughly 12-foot-long crack down the side of a pipe.
