It has been learned that Oğuz Sarul, a CHP council member of both the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Ataşehir Municipality, and 5 other CHP members in the district municipality have switched to the AKP.
Six members of the Ataşehir Municipal Council who were serving on the CHP (Republican People's Party) side joined the AK Party (Justice and Development Party) at a program organized by the AK Party Ataşehir District Presidency; the new members were presented with their badges.
Oğuz Sarul, Sinan Emrah Yıldırım, Fatih Evliyaoğlu, Abdullah Aslan, Cengiz Kayayurt, and Mehmet Alver, who served on the CHP side of the Ataşehir Municipal Council, have joined the AK Party.
