There are only a few days left until the platform for the acquisition of encroached State lands closes, and the data so far shows nothing but success. Despite discounts that can reach up to 80% and 60 interest-free installments, the vast majority of interested parties remain out of the process.
At least 87% of the encroached lands of the State remain unclaimed, a few days before the one-year extension granted by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance (MNE) for the submission of applications by the private individuals who own them, in order to purchase them, expires.
