Trailblazer building could see new life under new developer

The former Trailblazer building could see a new lease on life through new development. Denison’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted Tuesday to recommend approval for a conditional use permit for warehouse and office use for the former office building, located at 3101 Woodlawn Boulevard.The building has served many uses over the years, including as a Gibson’s Discount Center and the home of the Trailblazer call center until mid 2013.

Developers weigh next steps with Bewley Building

The developers who proposed to renovate the Bewley Building into 100 affordable apartments said Thursday that they have not determined their next step after the Common Council denied their rezoning request Wednesday evening.
