Trade – Public Hearings to Determine the Industrial Injury of Imports of Plastic Tubes and Cereal Products
Two days of public hearings will be held on plastic tubes and pipes, dry pastries and breakfast cereals next week, as part of the safeguard investigation procedure for these products, to determine whether imports are actually causing serious injury to the domestic industry (NPB) and to justify the possible application of safeguard measures, in accordance with World Trade Organization (WTO) rules.
