Toyota wants to transform its factories with robots and artificial intelligence. But contrary to what the number might suggest, the manufacturer does not prepare an army of humanoids to replace its workers.
The Japanese from Toyota have announced that they will powerfully automate their own plants around the world using more than $6 billion for 400,000 robots equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Toyota's official statement is that humanoids complement human work, not replace it.
