Last May, Creston Town Council was approached by the Creston Valley Climate Action Society about possibly gaining a dedicated parking spot next to an EV charger where a community ride-share vehicle could have a permanent spot. At their regular meeting on August 25, 2026, Council approved providing a dedicated parking spot in the Cook Street Parking lot at the regular rates, provided that CVCAS provides a Level 2 EV charger.
