Torfaen was fourth in the world for the intensity of carbon emissions from wildfires in July, according to a new analysis. Data from Copernicus Wildfire Emissions Watch, which has been analyzed by Save the Children, places Torfaen behind only Annaba in Algeria, Ávila in Spain and Malanje in Angola.
